This includes the marketing of the property, appropriate advertising, the introduction of a suitable tenant, the taking up of references and negotiating the terms of the tenancy between the prospective tenant and the landlord. The minimum letting period for the properties we let is six months. Stonebridge was friendly and professional from the outset. They promised to sell the property before Christmas after another leading agency had let me down. I must stress the agency that let me down was not through their own faults but the faults of the buyers. Stonebridge made sure that all my needs and requirements were met and beyond. I commissioned stonebridge to sell my property. It was a difficult property to sell. However, I really impressed with the way the Stonebridge works to turn every stone unturn to make this happen. They even liaised with the council to find the relevent information. They have done many things which I was not expecting from any estate agent. They were extremely professional, friendly, selfless, and go over and beyond to get things done for thier clients. The best thing is, there charges are very reasonable.
