My name is David Murray, I'm a pure documentary wedding photographer based in the centre of the UK in Cheshire. I am close by to photograph weddings in Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and all over the North West. I also extensively travel to different parts of the UK, working in London many times each year.
Also photographing weddings has taken me abroad and I've photographed weddings in France, Spain and Ireland. I shoot weddings in a way that blends documentary photography with an artistic edge, very different from the mainstream wedding photographer. I am sought after by clients who want fantastic photography without the photographer having any input on their day.

Working alone, I won't control you, I won't prompt you or tell you to smile or hug somebody, and I won't impose my personality on your day. This results in a day that belongs entirely to you, your friends and family.
Are you happy to travel? I shoot weddings all over the UK. I'm based in the centre of the country, so travelling is never a problem as I can get pretty much everywhere quickly. I'm not too keen on having my photograph taken, how do you deal with this? Lots of people aren't keen on being in front of the camera.
