I was very shocked to find myself under investigation when making an insurance claim. It was quite upsetting for me. However, the person who investigated me, Mark was very professional and respected me at all times. I was very grateful to him for treating me with dignity. Also my Case Manager Jo was very professional and respectful with a great customer service ethic. I am very grateful to them both for making the situation a lot more bearable. Thank you so much.

I was referred to The Cotswolds Group to handle my Insurance claim and when I googled them I thought the worse. I have to say though from start to finish the way they handled the online interview was very thorough but very fair. All I'd say is if you do have to deal with their claims investigators, just cover yourself by filming the interview, ask their permission of coarse and if your stood on concrete in terms of the claim validity then you will be fine. Jo Mooney & David Bollon I found both to be very fair. The claim has now been settled which took around 7 weeks.

Recieved a call from this company looking for a formal statement for my insurance company regarding an accident i was involved in. Explained to the man on the phone that i have cancelled my claim(turns out i could get my car fixed cheaper than my excess, i just went into panic mode and called them, definitely not trying to commit fraud) and the matter was closed, so no need for a further statement (i had already submitted a statement direct to my insurance company) By this point my 2yr old was crying and looking for my attention. From the onset of my claim they are distrusting my claim and making me show evidence for everything. I was broken into whilst on holiday and they (my case manager Daniel@ The Cotswold Group) has suggested the the police forensic team MUST be incorrect as their 'loss adjuster' has said that the point of entry was not where the qualified forensic… officer suggests. I'm so looking forward to going to court over this matter. They have stated that I must not have had any money stolen as people take ALL their money and savings with them on a 2 week holiday out of the county I want to cry at times

I'm not sure how this company has received such negative reviews. I spoke to a lady called Tracey today. She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My insurance is with Tesco, underwritten by Legal and General. Yes, it's a little longer process than usual due to the pandemic, but I have received excellent customer service throughout. Thank you.

Clearly a company paid to discredit any insurance claimants using any amount of bullying tactics and law breaking.
Own staffs reviews of the workplace on Indeed etc. and admittance that they are pressured to do ANYTHING to discredit a claim says it all.

This company was working for RSJ home insurance they are employed as investigators and they will do any thing to make your claim void. They started with a video interview which they ask the same question over and over again worded different until they get an answer they want and I still haven’t had a copy. Having paid insurance for years I thought… after having a leak of an indoor soil pipe which was boxed in and found by investigating another leak would be straight forward which a RSJ representative said when they called round but no. they will take my money for the service of insurance

If I could leave negative 50 stars, that's what I would give.. if their offices burnt down and a majority of their employees got incurable crabs I'd consider it karma.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this "company" and it's staff. We've had home/contents insurance since the moment our mortgage finalised and in the many years since have never made a claim. After damage to our house was caused by an issue with the next doors property we were forced to claim. We were shocked that we were passed to this shambles of an investigation team anyway but appreciate the need to ensure legitimate claims

Based on the reviews of this "companies" own staff/ex-staff on Indeed. They are an organisation paid by insurance companies to use any method possible to discredit claimants. I would agree based on my experience with them. Absolutely disgusting treatment of people for the gain of corporate giants. Soulless individuals that thrive there it would seem.

After learning had passed my details to this company I thought this might be the break I needed to get my claim sorted, I have now been since mid April, no furniture, no carpets, no clothes, no bed, only to be told after repeatedly sending documents again, after being read the riot act and told my telephone calls where recorded (thank god they have) did there slowest, most unintelligent member of staff admit that she had not looked at my policy, I would have expected her to do this first.

Treat claimants with respect , empathy and professionalism. Do proper investigation and don't keep asking the same question over and over again in a different manner, the real genuine claimant story will remain the same. its really annoying when you have to relive the whole issue again which can be traumatising

Could have given a negative star!! If I could. I Was transferred to them by Nationwide, for my home insurance, they are an absolute nightmare. My dealings with them have been horrendous and stressful. They have put me off of home insurance all together with anyone. They bully, lie, cheat and are involved in criminal activity/behaviour. 0/10 for customer service, compassion and for flexibility. After 40 years , clean, honest customer, with Nationwide, never been insulted like this , accusation of fraud?! One misunderstanding, and they voided my policy!
