We supply Retailers, Wholesalers, Photographers, Training Organisations, Football Clubs etc, and Businesses large and small. We make a full range of standard size frames and our prices are based on bulk sales. Frames are normally supplied with glass, but perspex can be fitted on request. Mounts are listed in standard sizes, with standard apertures, Bespoke apertures can be cut on request.

We supply businesses large and small with Certificate frames, photo frames and picture frames, schools, universities, retailers and wholesalers, Fire, Ambulance and Police forces, local government, photographers and artists.

Don't know what we'd do without them!
We've bought our frames from the lovely people at Trade Picture Frames for the last 5 or so years. They're always so friendly and helpful, and their polcore frames are perfect for us - customers love them, and they're sturdy enough and light enough for posting. Definitely recommended!

Does this company just ignore all emails and requests? I have sent queries through their website and followed up with an email regarding their frames - as I was happy to pay for samples/ had questions before I bulk order. Weeks have passed and I have still heard nothing! And when I try to call it just rings and goes to answering machine! So, I haven't received much customer service at all hence the review. I will change the review if they actually get back to me please!

Nicola''s service standards are exemplary. She is a consummate professional, to the point that when she's absent from the office or not available, it shows. No offence to her colleagues, but having operated in the business sphere for over 35 years, I can't recall better customer service than that provided by Nicola. She is a credit to you Alan, but I'm sure you are very aware of that!! After several inevitable price hikes, the frames I regularly purchase are borderline in terms of the price / quality ratio. The backing board, mounts, perspex windows etc are of a good quality, but the frames themselves

From 4 orders, 2 had to be returned for different issues. The largest order totalling £1100. It was sorted out after about a week but it was a worry.
The prices have gone up & I wouldn't really class them as trade prices nowadays. The quality varies so much you never know whether you're going to need to return it & everything needs checking thouroughly.
I would of bought a great deal more if they had stricter quality controls in place. I got the sense they were trying to cut a lot of corners to get the prices down, but I'd rather have reliable decent quality myself as I can't send rubbish out
