Poor customer service I booked an event for Halloween cancelled within days due to covid I get that but to then reopen for Christmas and not offer priority to people who's money you have already had and told them they cannot have a refund because it was not your fault you had to cancel is disgusting. so basically you sold all tickets to new… customers to make money when you already had customers with children still waiting for an event they could not attend. left to wait again until next year? well I will not be attending now and would like a refund. disgusting!!

One Agency stepped in last minute (3 days before the event) to provide an outdoor cinema at our exclusive spa in Halstead, Essex. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, especially Tanya, and the chap who brought the screen was also helpful, professional and pleasant. I cant thank you enough for helping to make our event fabulous!

I booked time out of work to attend an interview at One Agency Media - they agreed it went well and make a guarantee they would be in touch regarding the position whether I got it or not.
2 Months later I still can't even get some feedback! I just wanted to improve my interview game - I'm qualified but not very articulate and just wanted to know where I went wrong! So disheartening that they won't take a moment when I took a whole day.
