Mike manages the purchasing of our materials for our customers, sourcing the highest quality stone to be delivered to our showroom. With a wealth of knowledge, Mike is on hand to offer advice about your worktop and answer any questions you may have. With over 16 years of experience at Medusa Stone our accounts team help to keep the clock ticking in the back of house, organising our accounts, important documents, and dealing with customer queries.

Medusa Stone is a family run company. We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of Natural Stone and Quartz worktops. We stock over 200 Granite and Quartz samples in our customer friendly showroom. We offer different levels of service. You can visit our Basildon showroom with your kitchen plan and order your bespoke worktop, or we can help design your project, and manage it from the first initial idea through to completion.

Quartz Collection – Essex Report

Our showroom features the top brands of quartz where you get to see the range of colours and designs available. One of our team members will be on hand to discuss the options available and provide you with a free, accurate quotation based on your kitchen plan. Quartz gives you the flexibility of worktop thickness as most brands are available in 12mm, 20mm, and 30mm thickness.

Granite Collection Report

Granite is a hard, slightly porous stone with various surface finishes. It is extremely durable, heat resistant, easy to care for, and will retain its colour and elegance. Because of these qualities it is ideally suited for kitchens and bathrooms. We have a large range of granite samples in our showroom sourced from all over the world, however, natural stone can vary dramatically from the small samples.

We are marble experts and can manage your project no matter how large or small. Marble is a great material for small vanity tops, large-scale swimming pool surround, or bespoke designer bathrooms. We have always heard good things about Medusa Stone and when we renovated our kitchen 3 years ago they were so efficient and accurate with their work. We needed extra units added into our kitchen this year. I have to say along with the workmanship the admin support is also excellent which helps make the whole process so much easier.

Seriously great team here, who were very helpful from start to finish. We inadvertently presented a challenge fitting an under-mounted sink but received clear and honest advice. The end result looks fantastic in our kitchen and we are really very pleased. Top stuff!
