AVOID ordering from Jump king Uk. Have had the worst customer service from Johl Garling. Ordered replacement parts in April after seeking advice from Johl as to which pads I should order. Took longer to arrive than was expected. Then discovered the replacement pad was completely wrong- it was 10ft instead of 12 foot!! Twice Johl promised that the… correct one would be delivered and other one collected and twice this did not happen. Only on the 3rd time did the exchange happen. I then discovered that the second pad that he’d sent was not the correct one for my trampoline despite me

I ordered a trampoline weeks ago. Money taken and I can’t get a straight answer with regards to delivery. I am getting replies on social media saying I have been emailed. I was emailed there is a delay. Only as I have been chasing for DAYS on social media. Clearly many orders have been taken for stock that does not exist. I was told it was… despatched for 24 hour delivery. Then it wasn’t. TNT have issues. Jump King have issues as staff are WFH- well either don’t operate your business if you cannot supply the goods or operate a decent level of customer service. These are

Ordered a trampoline the beginning of May.Was told it would arrive last week and received a dispatch email on the 9th June,the tracking number doesn't work.When I have contacted yourselves about my order over the last few weeks no one answers the phone, returns calls or emailed.I would not recommend this company at all. Extremely disappointed as we are out of pocket and no trampoline.

I've always had Jumpking trampolines (the first one my parents bought when I was little was Jumpking) and we had fun on it well past its warranty life! So when it came to buying my own trampoline I definitely… was coming to Jumpking. Bought the Ovalpod 10x15ft trampoline with them 8 years ago, and this year I noticed the frame needed to be replaced. I contacted Jumpking and included photos and purchase receipt and within 4 weeks (Covid19 going on aswell) they had sent me a brand new replacement frame! Will definitely only ever still be purchasing Jumpking trampolines! Thank you.

Delivery was great, well it would have been if the correct boxes were delivered, for over two weeks I have had a trampoline that we can’t assemble, I have emailed twice and then contacted via live chat only to be told my emails were lost in the inbox!! Really!! Then somebody was going to get back to me yesterday and needless to say that didn’t happen either! Not really a great customer service. One thing you were really good at though was taking payment, that was really quick and efficient.
