Embroidery Report

Here is some useful information to help you price up your embroidery job. We have no minimum order quantity for embroidery. For most logos and designs there is a one-off setup charge to have an embroidery disk digitised (made up). Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in your logo. Very small text and very detailed logos are difficult to replicate exactly with embroidery.

Printing Report

Vinyl printing produce perhaps the most durable custom printed tshirts of all the four main custom tshirt printing processes. Consequently, vinyl transfers are well suited to the production of custom work wear. A digitally-controlled cutter is used to cut a custom tshirt design from a vinyl sheet. This vinyl is then removed from its backing sheet and applied to the garment using a heat press.

Left in a blanket to be embroidered with my grand-daughters name. Excellent service, really nice guys who kept in contact, letting me have a look at options and completed job very quickly. High recommend.

I popped in to Insignia yesterday to enquire about getting some custom items printed (top secret event stuff) and it became clear that these guys are top professionals. They were able to recommend the resolution of the image I'd need to provide, the fabric that it would look best on and the length of time it would take to complete. It's not that often that you go in to a shop and come out with all your questions answered, so this was a breath of fresh air.

Cost wise they are probably a tiny bit more expensive that other places in the city but I suppose you pay for expertise. Insignia
