I have been shopping with Graduates since 2016. I have shopped online, in the store and made phone contact with them several times. During all these years, I always had a fantastic experience with them. The staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient and well trained. They always kindly helped me and guided me through the process of purchasing the school uniform list in the best way possible. In addition, they are very efficient to deliver orders on time and also accommodation on exchange in case there is a need for it. The manager has been extremely efficient putting COVID safety

Extremely disappointed! The sales people are so pushy and force you to get the embroidery which comes at attrocious price of £3 per/item. While the school encourages parents to buy stick n sew label for art n science overalls, the sales lady wouldn't just listen n forced us to add them in the cost! Parents should have the option to buy uniform from high street stores instead of these uniform shops!

Outstanding service - even in lockdown. My daughter burnt her only skort this morning. I called Graduates at 10am, ordered online ten mins later and then got a call saying the embroidered skort and the rest of my shopping (considerable amount including more embroidered items) was ready for collection at 11am. A particular shout out to Sam who was so patient and helpful on the phone when I needed help with sizes, as my daughter was at school with her uniform. The shop was collection only because of lock-down - very easily collected from near Sainsbury’s car park in Orpington. I didn’t even have

Fantastic, efficient and friendly shop and web service. Really impressed with the service I have received from Graduates. The shop staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the web order I places was delivered the next morning! Nice quality goods too - the cardigans and jumpers for our school have a high proportion of cotton making them much nicer to wear than your average school jumper. Thanks Graduates!
