Ferry Secure is a family run business established in 1995, originally operating in Downham Market, Norfolk. In 2009 we merged with local signage company East Coast Signs, becoming part of the East Coast Signs Ltd group of companies. Used Ferry Secure in 2008 and was very happy with the service and the alarm they fitted to my motorhome. Recently I needed a blanking plug for my towbar and after much internet searching was directed to Ferry Secure. Their service did not disappoint and after a little bit of searching, found exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They care for their customers.

I needed a tow bar fitting asap after buying my first caravan. Despite being busy, I was fitted-in to their busy schedule. The fitting of the tow bar was quick and very efficient, with all electrical checks carried out to ensure the tow bar electrics worked correctly. The service was brilliant and I couldn't fault the price. I would definitely use them again.

I had a towbar fitted by another company from Peterborough. Subsequently I had electrical issues with the installation and I tried in vain for weeks to contact the installers to get them to fix the issue but unfortunately for me they appear to have disappeared. By chance I rang Ferry Secure and was helped out by John even though it was not his company's problem. Most companies would not have wanted to get involved. Wish I had gone to Ferry Secure in the first place!

This Company does go above and beyond anything one expects.
Having had my towbar fitted on 7/8 and been away with the caravan my car battery suddenly died on 26/8. The main agent replaced faulty battery, then the alarm sensor due to it randomly sounding, then Stop / Start stopped working. After two days of the car being at the Main Agent I got a call “ the car has a power leakage it is due to fitting of non Nissan parts on the towbar electrics and cost of this investigation is £360!” Shocked I contacted Ferry Secure who were also surprised but agreed to contact main agent and keep me informed
