I am part way through a long and drawn out conveyance with constantly changing dynamics. Mark came to our house and discussed all our (my wife & I) options. He went away and found a much better deal than we were on. He managed the process of the re-mortgage and sent us the relevant paperwork to complete. We experienced no fuss and the process was easy.

Mark helped my husband and I buy our first ever home 9 months ago. We sent him so many emails and he always took the time to explain everything until we understood the whole process. As we were pregnant at the time we were quite stressed, but he was so helpful at all times. Once we had found a place, he even spotted an irregularity with regards to the deeds of the house that the estate agent didn't know about! We found our mortgage advisor for life ! Would highly recommend.

Mark is a fantastic mortgage broker, as first time buyers looking for a mortgage it all seemed incredibly daunting but Mark made everything so easy and explained all of our options and what would be best for us. In our case this particular house had lots of issues with the bank needing structural reports etc. Mark dealt with the bank and explained everything to us and got the answers to any questions we had. Unfortunately this wasn't the house for us in the end but as soon as we find the next property we will definitely be using Marks services. Cannot recommend enough!

Have used Lloyds Independent Services a few times now, the last time being for a mortgage renewal. Mark found us a great deal and walked us through the renewal steps answering any questions we had along the way. Where needed Mark was happy step in to help ensure the renewal went through as smoothly as possible. We also took up a life insurance policy that Mark found that had better coverage and was cheaper than our current one. All in all I would recommend Mark as he provides a great service and has helped us reduce our mortgage and life insurance costs.
