Services
All counselling and coaching sessions can be provided online via Zoom, Skype or *VSee (encrypted video and audio) and by telephone depending on what you feel comfortable using. Please try and ensure that you have a quiet space, free from interruptions to get the best from your therapy session. If there are difficulties with the internet connection quality of the video/audio it is recommended to continue the counselling session by telephone.
Counselling gives you an opportunity to talk in confidence about whatever is troubling you. Counselling is a talking therapy, which is a process people seek when they want professional support to explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth.
For some, this could be a journey of self-discovery, others may seek counselling to alleviate emotional distress, such as coping with bereavement and some people want support to make changes to long-standing unhelpful patterns of behaviour.Counselling can help you to explore and understand your difficulties and empower you to make positive changes.

On the surface, counselling appears to consist of a client talking with a counsellor about the clients problems and symptoms, which of course is valuable when taking place in a supportive, confidential environment. However, the counselling process can facilitate other changes, that are often long lasting.
Life Coaching can support you to achieve a more balanced, fulfilled and healthier lifestyle. Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over but, what we can always control is how we react to those moments.
The work we do as therapists can be both incredibly rewarding and challenging! My style of working is integrative which means that I can draw on experience working with several modalities to support you.
