Green Oak consists of a group of specialised individuals covering many disciplines but are united by their love of the outdoors and a passion for their craft. Stuart Christie has been firmly rooted in the outdoors from a young age. He holds a BSc in Countryside Management and Applied Ecology, focusing on Land Management and Countryside Law, an HNC in Landscape Design and Construction and an FD in Amenity Horticulture.
Stuart works closely with the British Association of Landscape Industries and the RHS in promoting and encouraging young people in horticulture. After 30 years of working in management for large international companies, Ron joined Stuart as a business partner in 2020 to set the path for the successful growth of Green Oak.

I have used Green Oak both personally for garden service but also for a business, undertaking tree work, including highway work, grass cutting, landscaping and building work. I have always found them to be professional, thorough and provide a good job. The team understand the issues that need to be considered and always leave the site clean, tidy and safe. Green Oak have recently completed some fencing work for us - a run of picket and a run of close board and we are thrilled with the result. Green oak services recently came to pollard a large willow tree in my garden. The quote was reasonable, but I was most impressed with the young men who undertook the work. They were knowledgeable, friendly and undertook the job professionally and promptly. They even left the garden tidier that it was before they came !!! I would definitely recommend them.
