The Installation Process Report

Our surveyors, at Ascendit Lifts, will take detailed measurements of the staircase or area where the lift is to be installed and discuss with you the different options available. They will take into consideration your individual needs and your home environment and will tailor their advice and recommendations to provide you with a personal proposal.

Excellent customer service provided throughout the whole journey for installing a chair-lift, from initial enquiry, assessment and survey for the best solution, installation by qualified, skilled and friendly staff who made sure the place was left clean and tidy, before giving a good demonstration incorporating important health and safety issues, and providing details of service and followup assistance if required. Overall, the whole process was customer friendly, helpful and price competitive. Found them to be true to their words on their company van logo.

Ascendit Lifts installed a stairlift for my Nan and Grandad in July and they made my grandparents feel so welcome and at ease throughout the whole process. The customer service from the office staff who book in the survey with you was excellent - they are so friendly and accommodating. The surveyors who attended my grandparents property were so kind and polite and there was no pressure in the 'selling' of the stairlift. We chose this on the basis because Ascendit Lifts provide such great service all round. The engineers who actually installed the lift were just amazing and so helpful, they answered

Completely ripped me off, charged for things they didn't state in advance then threatened legal action when I said I wouldn't pay the addition. On top of that incredibly rude engineers and terrible customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

Came and done me nans stannah lift.
The engineers answered all the questions we had and was happy to go over how to use the lift with my nan serveral times when she had doubts or questions.

If you buy these, be warned, they will not sell parts to anyone unless you have a service contract with them. It's another company tying vulnerable, dependant people into expensive contracts, whereby service & repair may well be at extortionate prices.
