I am an Anxiety Specialist, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Sanomentologist. I have recently been trained as a Rapid Pain Elimination Therapist (RPET) & a Mind Mediator (MM). I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, a Life Coach, Energy healer and is also trained as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).

I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) as a qualified Practitioner (GHQP). I am also registered with the Complimentary and National Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. I am also an accredited Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Anxiety is a natural response that helps ups to avoid dangerous situations and motivates us to solve everyday problems. Anxiety is also a feeling of worry, fear and uneasiness. Anxiety can be debilitating and can affect the way we feel and how we behave. It can even manifest in a variety of ways:physical, behavioural and psychological symptoms.

I went to Ann as I was struggling with Anxiety about my driving exam, thanks to her I passed first time and haven't looked back. Highly recommended!
