Charged twice — no refund. Booked a car online for my son and paid for it via their website as he was going to be in a rush. He got to his destination and the driver refused to let my son out of the car until he paid for the journey again, even though he had a printout of the booking reference. The driver was quite aggressive, apparently, but didn’t ring the office to check.
I rang to complain but was told I had to ring back the following day as the office couldn’t help, even though card payments were used both times, so presumably were easily traceable.
