I bought 2 vehicles from M4 Van Centre. Both vehicles were supposedly sold with 12 months MOT. Stupidly I didn't check the paperwork, although a company of this size you wouldn't expect to have to. One of the vehicles I had to wait a week to collect as I was told it was getting it's mot and PDI. This is the vehicle that only had 6 months Mot. Npt happy with the service at all, they are no better than Arthur Daily.

Overpriced vans bought in bad ouctions not properly fixed lots of things wrong with them as they look for save money only poor customer service most these vans from auction was crashed and painted again would recommend full AA inspection or just take for local dealer to check before buy avoid at all costs

Nick Miller has been friendly ,courteous helpful and very patient today .We were there all afternoom trying 4 vans before striking a fair deal on Renault Traffic.All personnel were very plesant and friendly .Excellent experience.We can see why they are so busy . We bought a van in October 2019 and dealt with Mark who was brilliant. Answered all our questions and put us at ease with such a large purchase. We have continued to have it maintained with their Service and MOT centre and again, we are fully supported by them. Recently I realised we didn't have the original VAT receipt and he very kindly sent it through immediately. I recently purchased a 2007 Mitsubishi Shogun from Mark Stevens at M4 Van & Minibus Sales and it was a very smooth and easy transaction.
M4 don't normally sell cars but this particular Mitsubishi had been taken in as a part-exchange.
I had spent some considerable time searching for a suitable Shogun and settled on M4 because the car was well-priced, in good order with a full service history. Mark ensured it had a full MoT prior to collection and I was pleased that the car went through a thorough AA inspection.
Mark was very easy to deal with, a true professional and made the transaction trouble

I bought a nissan cabstar tipper from m4 van center n swindon about 4 months ago and i was told it could carry a payload 1650kg on returning to ireland i discovered that it only has a carrying capisity of 1 ton ,i would not have bought this had i been told the truth and when i recently got a punture the jack that was provided was for a car so as a result has cost me alot more than i had expected.i now have to go and buy a trolley jack.im sorry i ever heard of m4 van center

I bought my van a month ago, and they did the work that we agreed prior delivery which is good but I have been waiting over a month to get sent an invoice of the purchase and I am still waiting. The logbook is in my name but I shouldn't be chasing the invoice of the purchase for over a month. Apart from that my experience was good to be fair, Adrian was a good salesman and the van was in good condition. Hopefully I'll receive the invoice soon.

This Van Centre sold me a Dangerous van. I nearly Died when the Brakes Failed on the Motorway. The Iveco Daily Had Mot hours before. After talking to the company I was promised it would fix the Brakes and the Fuel Leak. As I had a warranty on the Van if I took it to my local VAT Reg garage to get repaired they would Pay the Bill. I am still waiting after several Letters. This is not the end unfortunately but just the beginning.
