Amazing service and range of glasses. Bought a pair for my son and quickly needed a replacement when the dog chewed them! The team were so helpful and even worked to find an interim solution whilst his new glasses were made. Nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge and advice received has been excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their communication, service and post service support is second to none. Also very honest when I had queries about adding some different lense holders to my Rudy Project Vulcans. According to everything I had read and viewed online, I thought I would have to order each lens holder with a new set of prescription lenses. I phoned them and they told me that I wouldn't have to do this, so they saved me around £200 (AND I was then able to order 2 new colours instead of one with the money I had saved!) I also had some queries that were a little more

Very disappointed with the service of this company. Purchased two pairs of sports glasses for my son and they were lost by the staff in their own warehouse! Sent two copies of the prescription as well and they were also misplaced. Very frustrated as this took a great deal of time with no goggles in the end. Forced to look for another company.

Disgraceful company.
Purchase prescription goggles at cost of over £120.
I heard nothing for a week and then an email to confirm the measurements supplied. I confirmed them and another week passed and so when I made contact to see what was going on, I received a re fund with no explanation.
I asked what was going on and why my order had been cancelled and refunded and the response was that.
"Anyone who complains is refunded and order cancelled"
Absolutely disgusting.
More than 2 weeks wasted waiting around for a company that can't deliver a product and worse than that shows a complete disregard
