I mistakenly purchased an online Mountfield mower which said came fully ready to mow, not so. I was eventually put in contact with JCPower. They collected my mower, made adjustments, returned it quickly. It now sounds as it should and I am extremely pleased with their kind service especially taking over another firms mismanagement, thank you.

Visited recently to purchase a Stihl MS 500i Chainsaw. I knew this was going to be a high end purchase before I got to the store but visiting JC Powerco made it all the more worthwhile.
Its way better to see the product in person than to just order online in the hope that its right for me. Jeremy and Henry very kindly discussed alternatives to this chainsaw and were very honest with the pros and cons. They took a lot of their own time to talk me through the finer detials and it was very helpful, much appreciated.
All in all, I felt very confident to purchase and just as confident that customer

Despite never having been able to splash out on a "big-ticket" item at Powerco, I give them all the more credit for years of parts, spares, and general advice. No job is too small for them, I've especially been impressed with how far they will go to source parts and offer help when they aren't doing the work themselves. Thank you my friends, here's to many more years working together, and yes JC my back field still needs scarifying! 😂

Not really one to post reviews but I think these guys deserve some credit for the outstanding level of customer service they’ve provided. Recently moved to the area and needed some new equipment - they were great at talking me through the various products I would need and the differences between models. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in and outside the area, these friendly guys really know there suff!

I don't live close to the shop, so I called these guys over the phone to see what they had in stock; they were extremely helpful and sorted me out with a used garden tractor, sweeper and trailer at a very affordable price. They arranged delivery and the machine came fully serviced with a brand new cutting deck and sweeper brushes. I can't recommend them enough! Top service, very helpful, good job, many thanks!
