Insight Strategic Associates was founded in 2003 when Justin Baptie, the managing director, and his team tired of working in a firm that just wanted to continue to offer the traditional accountancy services. They therefore broke away and began the task of transforming their approach to become accountants and business advisers that are able to meet the many and varied needs of clients in the 21st Century.
Every business owner needs a team of professionals in the background who provide continuous support and advice. That's what we are here to do. Through years of commitment to our business clients we have developed a wide range of skills and services designed to improve business performance and profitability.
As well as being the driving force behind Insight, Justin owns and oversees a successful catering company specialising in provision to residential care homes and schools. The combination of his skills as a Chartered Certified Accountant and entrepreneur mean that he is uniquely placed to assist clients with their business challenges and opportunities.
Insight has a programme to help likeminded businesses build relationships with each other and grow their own business as a result. We have come to realise that one of the most valuable benefits we can bring to you is to help you find more business. This is because we have a strong referral mind set towards our clients, an extensive contact base and are associated with top marketing experts.
At Insight Strategic Associates we are committed to making a difference to our community by donating to local charities every month, we have a number of charities that we support regularly as we believe in trying to make a difference in every way we can. Our Managing Director likes to get out and about in the community by supporting a Local Pre-School Fairways with a donation of 250 to go towards soft flooring and play equipment.
