This is quite probably a well known area of the law to the potential client. Basically it involved the buying and selling of properties and dealing with the creation or paying off of mortgages. We also prepare residential leases between a property owner and a potential residential tenant. Finally we also deal with the remortgaging of properties.
The failure to make a will can be expensive both in the potential tax risks, the legal costs in administering an estate where there is no will and the fact that those entitled to benefit may not be the people that you wanted to benefit.

Indeed the failure to make a will or to update it can often lead to disputes about who may be entitled to the assets of an estate which can be damaging both on a personal level [between the people in dispute - who are often related] and the legal costs to the estate in dealing with the dispute.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Simon performed miracles for us with our house purchase, and nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊

I have used a number of Solicitors in the local area over the years but none have been a patch on Amphletts.
They are honest , approachable, affordable and most importantly they get the job done.
I have dealt with Alastair, Alan and Simon who have all been super helpful with me.
Simon Owen is the best Solicitor in the area for Conveyancing. He keeps you constantly updated on your purchase or sale.
Many Thanks
