We moved to our present manufacturing base in Sheerness, Kent in the 1980's, a facility that now spans over 25,000 square feet.

Our CAD design office in Kent, fully equipped with the latest CAD / CAM systems provides sheet metal design solutions, working drawings, quantifies materials and prices all work. This enables us to custom make items to your specifications whilst at the same time working with you to get you the best possible price.
Two TRUMPF Laser Cutting Machines running daily give us excellent capacity for long running batch jobs in addition to flexibility for getting smaller jobs completed quickly. Our new TruLaser Fiber 2030 Machine offers the latest state of the art laser cutting technology, enabling us to cut bigger and thicker material than ever before.
For many years, we at Allbart have used our two Trumpf CNC Punching machines to cut out much of our work for our customers. We still use our two fully tooled CNC-controlled TRUMPF Trumatic presses for lots of our work, ensuring reliability and a quality finish. The CNC Punching machines are directly programmed by the design office on our CAD/CAM system, ensuring accurate and highly efficient manufacturing throughout all stages of the process.
