Below is a general summary of the process for conveyancing of residential property. Obviously, this is a guide, as your actual transaction will be dependent on a number of circumstances.
We offer a caring and helpful service to clients during a sad and stressful time, ensuring the administration of their loved-ones estate proceeds as smoothly and efficiently as possible, with the minimum of distress. We are governed by the needs of the client and are able to offer as much (or as little) assistance as required, whether it be in obtaining the Grant of Probate or administration of the estate from the beginning to its conclusion.
We provide a fixed fee for residential conveyancing and we do not charge for completing a Stamp Duty Form, acting on behalf of your lender, or for storing your file. Our fees range from 300 - 1,450 exclusive of 20% VAT depending on the type of transaction, the value of the Property, whether the Property is Leasehold, Freehold, a New Build, or whether you are using the Help to Buy Equity Scheme.
