Midland Commercial Environmental Services Ltd (M.C.E.S.) was originally formed in 1978 to provide high quality maintenance services aligned to consultancy and design support of the maintenance team and the property managers to whom the company is contracted.

Our aim is not only the pursuance of high quality equipment maintenance but full appraisal of our client's services asset in terms of age, reliability, operation and efficiency coupled to forward planning and cost management of those systems in order to preserve these assets at maximum value.
MCES "Gas Safe" registered engineers work on a variety of systems, part of the multi skilled and disciplined training our engineers are given. It is essential that our multi-disciplined engineers understand the basic design and operation of AC plant therefore familiarisation is never overlooked when first invited to take on new or refurbished systems.

S.F.G Standard specifications along with manufacturers recommendations are applied and where unfamiliar systems are installed MCES invite manufacturers to report on condition and provide the necessary support and training to our own in-house engineers.Part of any heating system will include the following, flues, pressurisation systems, pumps, controls and ventilation.
