We are a family owned and operated park situated in an idylic location on the edge of Bridlington, on the beautiful East Yorkshire coast. We are a stone's throw from some of the coast's most spectacular scenery and wildlife, and yet the area's most vibrant holiday attractions are all within easy reach. Luxury static caravans and park homes are sited in grounds maintained to a high standard and the park benefits from a 12 month season, so you can enjoy your holiday home all year round.
Services
We always keep an excellent selection of both new and used holiday homes for sale at The Hawthorns, so whether it's a small second hand caravan for the first time buyer, a brand new double glazed and central heated model, or a luxury park home, you can be sure a visit to our park to view our range will not be wasted.
The hawthorns holiday park is set in 14 acres of beautiful park land, maintained to a high standard all year round. Hawthorn hedges and trees native to the local area abound, and contrast to the rolling countryside surrounding the park. Our club house, The Hawthorns Bar, is open all year round, and is the perfect place to unwind.
We are less than a mile from the bustling seaside resort of Bridlington, with its two blue flag beaches. Sewerby Hall and Gardens Zoo is highly recommended. Visit Bempton Cliffs, a RSPB wildlife reserve with spectacular views of nesting puffins and the north sea. A short Car journey will take you to Filey, Scarborough and Whitby.

Beautiful place, private caravan Park. Great club house too. Loved it, a great place to chill out. A car is essential as there's no shop and the walk would take a long time to the suburb shops.

Great site but too many dogs left in caravans to bark all day while owners go out.

The park is simply stunning! We finally managed to prise the keys to my parents caravan and spent the weekend at the Hawthorns, and had a wonderful time. It is so peaceful there, everything is maintained to such a high standard, the staff Graham in particular are a credit to the park.
Our two kids enjoyed playing on the playground and trips to the beach, and loved the kids club with Zoe.
If we do not get the keys from Mum and Dad a little more often next year we may have to invest in our own caravan here!
5 stars because we can not give 6!

Love this place I would like to clarify the 2 negative views on here. Owners are told not to rent there caravans out so if people got asked to leave that's no fault to the owners of the park it's down to the owners of the caravan & secondly we were having new roads in so it was difficult for a couple of weeks with parking but that is all sorted now, lovely site, lovely people & bar is open till late been coming here for the last 4yrs & love it

Should not be called a holiday park. Not enough parking even for the residents let alone visitors. Nothing for children apart from a swing and a slide. The bar holds 20 people if your lucky and closes around 8:30

Would definately not recommend this holiday park at all. We arranged to stay in a friends caravan to take our two young children for a long weekend. After arriving on the first day we discovered that there was no hot water so called to see the warden to ask if he could help. We were then told that the park was only open to residents and close family, after the warden went to speak to the manager we were told we had to leave and that the electricity to the caravan would be disconnected. After breaking the news to our two children we had to re pack our belongings and leave with two devastated young
