Services
The Energy Healing therapies listed below are also effective by remote or distance healing. Outside of lockdown, I offer a limited number of in-person sessions following government guidelines for close-contact therapies. If you would like an in-person session, please read here first. You may prefer to have a session of Distant or Remote Healing in the comfort of your own home via Skype or Zoom.
Distance Healing can be just as effective as an in-person session in my healing room in Bedfordshire, as my client feedback shows. So it lends itself very well to the current lockdown times. It's even available to you if you're on the other side of the world. Remote healing also has the added benefit of the healing energy being brought to you in the comfort of your own home.
Access Consciousness Bars is a process of lightly touching 32 points on your head to help remove the redundant thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back. If you're looking for stress relief and clearing mental clutter, The Bars can help. It's rather like cleaning up the hard drive of your mental computer.
It's a comprehensive spectrum of powerful healing energies working on light waves. It doesn't require physical contact. However these are very palpable energy frequencies and during sessions clients often feel physical sensations in several areas of the body at the same time. As it doesn't need physical contact, this healing lends itself very well to maintaining social distancing during a session.
Turquoise Healing Tones is a unique form of hands-on energy healing combined with sound therapy. The harmonic overtones and the lower resonant sounds, or undertones, are deeply restorative. They help to bring you back into balance and to release physical, mental and emotional blocks. The sound waves are a way of physicalising energy from the higher spiritual realms.

I received BLAST therapy from Christina and can honestly say it was the most gentle but most effective treatment I have ever had and I will hold my learnings very close to me forever. Today I saw Christina, she did me a set of turquoise tones which I really love & have had quite a few times now as well as a few other therapies. She also tried some Blast therapy at the start too as its something she has recently trained in & wanted to practice & I must say it was very good!! I feel that Christina has a natural gift, she has real healing abilities & I always feel so much better after seeing her. Christina's sessions are always extraordinary! I have previously had the Tonal Alignment 2 years ago, which was amazing - it really opened up my energetic pathways and extra-sensory perception and was such a blissful and magical experience. I have also had Turquoise Healing Tones when I felt a little unstable - these worked gently and beautifully to bring me back to balance. Wow, what an experience! I had a sound healing session with Christina a couple of weeks ago and I've been listening to the recording of the session regularly since.
