We started off with a core focus on social and mobile. Now, we're what you'd probably call a 'full service' offering. From media planning & buying, social media strategy & management, content creation to chatbots, UX & UI consultancy, apps development & web builds.
Puzzle is a full service digital agency that provides strategy, marketing and production services. In 2018, we were tasked with simplifying Waitrose's product catalogue for their international partners. Last year, we worked with Railrepay to build a mobile app to help commuters easily claim back money for travel disruption.
