On collection of a waistcoat that was embroidered there "wovina" was a dirty substance all down one side ,this was not there on taking it in in to this company they have denied liability saying it was like it when it came in. number one these companies not do embroidery on dirty items .number two to at the very least they would have wrote this down as proof. number three 3 why would I pay to have embroidery on a dirty item that quite possibly would not come out at the dry cleaners, clearly somebody is lying and it's not me fortunately there is a very good dry cleaners called (shoe boy) in Bodmin
