Alan and his staff are great to deal with. They know their stuff when it comes to dealing with the public and repairing your van. Can't praise them enough.

Supplied a van at very short notice. No fuss, reasonable rate, and a quite recent model which was fine to drive.

Bought a van from here a few months back, and the clutch went 6 weeks later. Fair enough - it’s a 7 year old van. Allan never batted an eye, sorted it out no bother under his 3 month warranty. Can’t fault them, and the whole family were very friendly to deal with. Thanks folks!

I bought a Transit connect from them last year. It’s ran no problem all year until I’ve taken it to get the MOT done. The cills are completely rusted away to the point where they need completely welded again. there have been a few welds underneath that are not of MOT quality as well. They put it through the previous MOT and there was not even any advisories on it. The guy I took it to said there is no way it would have passed the previous MOT. This has really set me back as a business as I now have to fork out for another van. Shockingly bad cowboys - avoid.

I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Waterloo vans in October last year. I had a few issues with the van and they were sorted no problem.
Had another problem with the van out with the 3 month warranty period and Alan kindly lent me a ford transit for 6 weeks while he fixed my van with no charge. Huge thanks!
I will definitely go back to Waterloo vans when comes time to change my van.

Bought a Citroen dispatch from Alan at Waterloo. Had a little problem with it so took it back. In the meantime Alan gave me a courtesy van. Absolutely ripped off from Alan at Waterloo van centre. Got a Renault Kangoo 2010 model. Van seemed a decent van and just had a brand new MOT with no advisories. Booked it in with a garage to get a timing belt and water pump replaced as the van did NOT come with a service book. So wanted to get it done for piece of mind. The mechanic put it on the ramp and their was 2 broken rear springs. Very rusty rear brake pipe and front discs and pads and rear discs and pads and shot to bits! And the worst thing is oil leaking from the turbo!! And this van passed a MOT! He has sold me a very very unsafe van

Excellent customer service, promptly responded to all our enquiries and provided extra photos and information, picked us up to help us come and pick up the van which was very kind of them. The van is excellent just as described. Thanks again!! 5 stars
