Robert Day trained initially as an accountant and decided to specialise exclusively in business recovery and insolvency in 1991. Lee Cotton first worked with Robert in 1998 and has worked exclusively in business recovery and insolvency since then. Richard Behagg joined the practice in 2004 having specialised in business recovery and insolvency since leaving university.

Services
An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) is a flexible procedure that enables an insolvent individual to make an offer to creditors by way of a formal proposal, in full and final settlement. If accepted by 75% in value of the creditors who vote upon the scheme, it will be legally binding upon all creditors.
