CNF Precision Engineering Ltd are a subcontract machining company manufacturing components for our wide customer base in industry sectors ranging from Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Automotive, Subsea, Electronics, Communications and many more. We are able to offer petrolatum tape and the precision machining of prototype 1 off parts, through to multi thousand, high volume batch runs.
CNF Precision Engineering offer the precision CNC milling of components from a wide range of materials for many different industry sectors including: Aerospace, Defence, Medical, F1, Motorsport, Scientific, Electronics, Subsea, Oil & Gas, medical, Automotive to name but a few. We manufacture milled components in all batch sizes, from prototypes to high volume batch runs of many tens of thousands.
CNF Precision Engineering Ltd provide high precision CNC turning and CNC Mill/Turn ranging from standard 2 axis CNC lathes through to 13 axis sliding head CNC lathes and full 5-axis twin spindle and twin turret turn/mill centres.

CNF Precision Engineering undertake all finishing processes that our customers may require. We use our established network of third party suppliers for processes we are not able to carry out in house. Processes available include Anodising, Electro Plating, Electro Polishing, Painting, Laser Engraving, Polishing, Wet and Powder Painting, Explosive/Thermal deburring, Vibratory Deburring, Bead Blasting etc etc.
Each member of our shop floor staff is issued with a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. The tablet runs our in house designed and developed management software that is networked across the building. The tablet gives the operators a view of schedule of work, and enables us to collect real time data from the operators by way of clocking in and out of work and on and off of jobs as they happen.
