Services
With over 20 years experience in repairing and servicing hot tubs, you are in good hands with HTSR and take pride in providing a quick and professional service. Hot tubs these days are more than just a wooden tub with a bench and a heating device. They are complex machines with some very expensive parts.
Regular hot tub maintenance is key for maintaining both optimal performance and the longevity of your spa. It includes daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance tasks, as well as keeping a close look out for larger potential problems. Here's a list of hot tub maintenance services we offer to get the most from your spa.
We will diagnose the fault and fix at the time if parts are on board. If the faulty part(s) are not in stock we can usually obtain replacement parts within 24 hours. Additional time on site is charged at 25.00 per half hour. If the parts are not on board, we will advise how much and how quickly the parts will arrive to us, usually within a day or two.
How much does it cost to run a hot tub? In our experience, the approximate cost of electricity will be in the region of 10-15 per week depending on use and size of hot tub. Chemical cost is approximately 150 per year. One new filter will be needed per year at a cost of 50. This gives an approximate cost of 600 to 800 per year.
An important part of of owning a hot tub is not only its performance but its cleanliness and PH balance of the water, as well as preventing bacteria and algae build up. Here you will find our selection of high quality minerals and chemicals just for the job. The Fi-CLOR range is derived from what is widely accepted to be the most successful broad spectrum sanitizer known to man.

Had Ric out to look at a repair on my hot tub. He said it needed a new circuit board and he would go away and order one, oh and by the way there is a £70 call out fee that he hadn't told me about. I paid him and he left. He is no longer answering my calls or texts. AVOID.

Had our hot tub serviced last week by Ric and helped by his Uncle. They did a great job and gave us a lot of good advice about chemical mix etc. Ric spotted a small leak around the bulb which may need a repair in the future. But rather than try to rip us off by saying it needs fixing now he said to keep an eye on it & he will come back & repair if it gets worse. He also replaced our bulb for us. Similar thing with one of the pumps which is just a little bit noisy but again he said to leave it unless it gets worse. Would recommend

Sad to say I was very disappointed with this service, they ordered the wrong parts twice and when I arranged for my parents to sit in at my house one afternoon to let the engineer in, he didn't even turn up! He didn't phone to say he couldn't come and he knew I'd made special arrangements for my parents to sit in and wait. I had to chase them every step of the way. They Left me in a worse position than I started. I lost complete faith in the company in the end and after 4 weeks of waiting and chasing I asked for a refund of my £380, which I understood was for the part I'd ordered, but I've only
