You can now purchase selected products from Holburn HiFi/Glasgow Audio and Bang & Olufsen Aberdeen via our online store. For the time being we're adopting an appointment-only policy for demonstrations in order to keep both customers and staff safe.

If your visit is to drop off a service item, have a quick chat or simply to browse, you don't need an appointment, we'll just apply a little common sense - you may have to wait outside for a wee while if the shop's busy.Until current restrictions are eased further, we'd ask all visitors to wear a mask unless exempt, and request no more than 2 adults enter the shop together.

I live in the U.S.A. but wanted to buy a Sennheiser set 840-TV for my mother in Scotland. On a chance that they could help, I emailed Glasgow Audio. Immediately I had a response from David McMillan to say that they didn't carry that item but they could special order it for me. This they did and within 10 days the item was available in the shop for pick-up. Outstanding service!

I am not someone who complains or writes reviews but I have rec'd very poor service from Glasgow Audio which was either dishonesty or incompetence and an attempt to rip me off. I had a problem with my projector (flickering image) and it was later discovered that all that was needed was a new cable. I called Glasgow Audio to repair the projector and was told the callout would be £65 and this would be credited if I had to buy something. I went ahead (big mistake!). They then told me I needed a new bulb at £249 plus £65 callout on top despite what I had been told earlier. I searched online
