We have been in the business for over 30 years, being established in 1985 by our Managing Directors, Alan & Marjorie Lewis and operate from our retail showroom, warehouse and office complex in Belfast. Very disappointed that I put in my second order and despite the website saying delivery between 8th and 11th and asking to downgrade to only 1 item for next day delivery or we offered to pay for a next day courier for Saturday - the response was very unhelpful. Won't be shopping again and we have 2 stores undergoing refits so a lot of missed business and opportunity whereby a single item could have been shipped.

Extremely happy with our purchase.. .a pleasure to deal with after a very quick delivery of our product on inspection item was faulty ... msg them and emailed, no problem another item was delivered following day ..and faulty item picked up ... delighted to say this was perfect working order.. thank you

Excellent service and so nice to deal with! I was in an awful panic to get a Tailors Dummie for 'December 25th!!!!' I only contacted Equipashop on 23rd, they were more then helpful and empathetic and my Tailors Dummie was delivered to Southern Ireland on 24th( phew.....just in time!!) thank you Equipashop!!
