EMWC were quick to send out water softener and their support has been great as I decided to do a self install. The unit is well made and the fitting kit and instructions are good. Although only installed for a few days the softness of the water is really noticeable as we live in an area of extremely hard water and have suffered major limescale problems as a result. This has caused problems with all our appliances as well as taps, sinks and toilets so we look forward to a limescale free future !

This is my second water softener purchase from EMWC. The staff at EMWC are a pleasure to deal with. I had an urgent need to purchase a new softener; I called around 0800 on Friday - someone (James I believe) answered the phone and although he wasn't not in the Sales Dept - which had yet to open - he took my details and processed the order. He assured me that it would be delivered the next day - Saturday - which it was!
This is in sharp contrast to the "biggest name" which told me that they couldn't even talk to me about placing an order until the following Tuesday.

We put a deposit down on the EMS Eco Premier water Softener at The Ideal Home show back in 2018 as we were having an extension done and had heard how good they were. We had it delivered in Dec 2020 after paying the balance and had it fitted Feb 2021.
We are really happy with the Customer Service and the product, as EMWC were able to to answer all the questions we had. We used to get limescale on everything and it was hard to get stains off mugs, but now we don't get any of that. Even lots of hand washing makes your hands soft rather than dry. I would recommend EMWC and one of these to anyone.

Purchased the EMS10 water softener and really seeing the benefits of soft water in London. I have noticed that my eczema is not as flared and aggravated after installing this water softener.
Purchased from them at a home expo show and thought they were really knowledgable about the product and not a pushy or hard sales pitch.
They delivered the item on a agreed date and can change the date if something changes. Item was well packaged and installation straight forward for a person with average diy skills.
