If we could give them 0 stars we would. We were given Bahdshah Khan and Nadeem Akhtar. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, company what's app messages etc. You can chase them every day, and will be told you will receive a call back, but this never happens!
We received several draft applications with countless errors , they would amend them and we would find further errors that never occurred previously.
Their advice changed when we questioned things, we lost complete confidence in them.
Our time was not important to them, we had to supply our documents/evidence to several different members

My recommendation for you who is looking for a solicitor: AVOID THEM!! They only give you assistance in the beginning just to take your money, then they do absolutely NOTHING! You can't get in touch with them because the solicitors seem to be "busy" all the time you ring and doesn't even reply your emails. AN ABSURD! Nadeem (one of the solicitors) is the WORST! He gave me a WRONG INFORMATION, which resulted in a visa refusal. If you want to have peace of mind, guidance and assistance, DON'T HIRE THEM!!

Received a call back after requesting a consultation with a solicitor to assess my profile and discuss what visa options are best suited for me. The secretary starts talking and I explain a bit about my background and that I’d like to speak to someone about assessing my options, she says well “you don’t qualify for anything”. I said I was confused. She had never spoken to me before, or seen my CV or heard about my story, but she was eager to dismiss me. She was talking about visa types when she’s not a solicitor, instead of immediately offering to book a consultation. I wasn’t asking

Azka Habib had taken over my case.
She wasn't professional, and did not help me at all.
After the decision was made I sent the application to another lawyer and the answer that was made.
They told me that the lawyer who was dealing with my case, she did not do it right.
When I call her and I told her what the other lawyer said ,she admitted the mistake, and after she said I should know and wasn't her job to tell me and in the decision it doesn't say it was Azka's Habib fault and hung up the phone.
I paid her to help me and she told me I should know what to do

Alison Law is a complete disgrace, don't believe their lie's of excellent customer service when you buy.
We are going through the process of renewing my wife's UK visa, the service we receive is nothing short of embarrassing. The visa expires on 22-Nov therefore time is tight, there is no urgency from them at all.
They refuse to respond to emails,… promise they will call and never do, and clearly have zero interest in customer service or customer respect.
Our initial contact, Nadeem, doesn't reply to emails and hides. We were then passed on to Bahdshah, he was ok on one call, but now doesn

My experience with this company has been very bad. They don't answer emails, they don't return calls, they don't move either. All so slow and full of excuses. After a complaint on Trustpilot, they seemed to compromise, but as soon as I deleted my comment, everything remained the same. Months of waiting for my UK visa application until I finally decided to stop waiting. I'll process it from my country. More than a help, Alison Law has been a burden paid.

Very good lawyers, charged me a reasonable fee, provided me with a meeting with one of their lawyers at their offices where I explained the background to them. They explained the law in simple terms and represented me in Court where they were able to get the result we were aiming for. My experience is really bad, I don’t want to blame all company as lots of staff are great, Zoe was really nice when I decide to use this company. But the lawyer on my case is not something I expected. I apply for citizenship with indefinite leave and I was send papers for spouse visa. I have asked to be send the correct papers , no answer. I have all papers needed but the lawyer is not interested. So I will ask for refund if my money as I work hard , or someone else allocated to my case. It’s sad to give such a bad review for one person.
