I called asking for a quote, they said they'd get back to me within 24 hours and then ignored me for weeks. Obviously they're too busy to call back which is fine except you can at least do a better job of managing customer expectations. Telephone customer service was also very disappointing.

If I could give The Aerial Man ten stars, I would. They took on the removal and replacement of old aerials on a chimney adjoining two tenements - a job no-one else would touch. The initial inspection gave me all the reassurance needed to know we were in good hands. Billy and William were wholly professional, very knowledgeable, attended to every detail and worked non-stop to clear years of old aerials and cables and to make sure all 32 owners and the tenants were not left without a service. They were also patient, kind and friendly - and they listened. I cannot thank them enough. Special shout

Mark and Sean were fantastic- suggesting solutions and carrying out the work quickly and very professionally.
