A lovely experience with Suzy restyling my hair. I've avoided hairdressers before as I find the situation quite uncomfortable but Suzy made me feel relaxed and welcome. Suzy spent time discussing my needs and lifestyle before suggesting any style and was able to make suggestions that felt helpful and personal to my needs. I've already booked to go back... I've never done that with a hairdresser before.

I booked my 1st cut and colour back in august, and I was happy with it. My second cut and colour could not be booked as one appointment as they were busy, so I had cut one day which again I was happy with, and colour 3 days later. The stylist blasted my hair dry, which was a mess, I asked why she did not blow dry it and she said “you get a blow dry… with a cut but not a colour” when I said I didn’t know that she replied “a lesson learned 🙂” I thought this rude but did not say anything. When I was home, I wet and dried my hair and strait away noticed

Great salon, the team are very friendly and professional - you always get a warm welcome. I’ve been with Helen the salon owner for many years for both styling and colouring - she is a wonderful stylist and now leaders the Elite team with Suzie brilliantly well. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Elite for years. It is so good and they are all so lovely that every two weeks I go and see their smiley faces. It is the perfect blend of professionalism, friendliness and ability. You will note from my picture that I do not have lots of hair. This is completely unrelated to any service executed by Elite and is merely a case of male pattern baldness 😁😁

Nicole who coloured my hair was absolutely amazing, She put time, effort and thought in to the colours used and the way she applied them. Nicole made me feel really comfortable.
