With 10 years of experience in the stone industry, Sharpstone has a comprehensive range of beautiful, engineered marble worktops, created to meet the demands of modern living. Hard wearing and easy to care for, Sharpstone is ideal for the kitchen and bathroom. When choosing a kitchen worktop, an important decision many people forget to consider is the type of worktop edge they would like. Details such as this can make all the difference for adding a finishing touch to your kitchen. A Double Pencil or Double Bevel are great options for contemporary kitchens whilst edges such Ogee and Dupont give a more sophisticated look.
Drainer grooves are a popular choice these days for those after a minimalist kitchen work surface. The implementation involves carving a draining area directly into your new quartz, granite or marble kitchen worktop. Drainer grooves stop the water from creeping along the counter top, getting the surface wet and eventually dripping onto your kitchen floor.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Paul and the team have been so brilliant and I’m so happy with my new kitchen that I had to! They have guided me through the process as it’s my first time renovating, and have been professional but friendly throughout. The quartzite stone they offer is beautiful, and competitively priced judging by the other quotes I received. I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround time, and they worked to fit around the rest of my reno timeline to ensure the project was completed on time. Next time I need to redo a kitchen I know who to use!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!
I never post reviews but I think these guys deserve it.
- After visiting a few stone showrooms & receiving some expensive quotes, I searched instagram and randomly came across Sharpstone.
- From first email, Paul (sales) was a gentleman and without asking, reserved the stone I wanted for me as the supplier was low on stock. Quick at responding, they send quotes over email with drawings of the stone. Really easy and I needed 2 x slabs for my kitchen. Very competitive pricing because I believe they work out of a farm in Essex.
- Initially cautious of a company I found online
