This means we are able to offer a CNC Machining and cutting service; processing rigid sheet materials including cutting to size Perspex, Lexan, Makrolon and Plexiglas.
ProCut are also fabricators of decorative laminates, MDF, MF MDF, MFC, Egger, Kronospan, Formica, Polyrey, Abet Laminati, ARPA. Whether flat packed or assembled! We take a flat sheet, machine it to shape with holes, apertures, rebates, V grooves as necessary. A good example would be a leaflet holder that starts life as a clear panel of Perspex that we cut to shape or size after which a plastics fabricator hot line bends it into shape.

ProCut has been CNC machining since 1983 when we were distributor/suppliers of Acrylic also known by trades names of Perspex, Plexiglas or just plastic. Other materials machined include Polycarbonate, Foamex, PVC, Styrene, HIPS, Polypropylene, PETG, to name but a few. Other materials in this range include AMC aluminium composite also known as Di bond and Di lite, Parapan, Apollo, Setapan, Corian, Velstone and Hanex.
