We had our loft conversion beginning of this year, David made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to have at our house. Only needed to come in our house toward the end of the build and made minimal mess and now it is all finished, we just feel like it’s the perfect addition to our house. It feels natural and like it should have been like it from the start! If we had another loft then he would be doing that as well !! Definitely highly recommend.

The best decision we made was in choosing Magic Lofts for our loft conversion. From first viewing to application and then the construction phase we were kept well informed throughout the whole process.

We’ve been absolutely delighted with the dormer loft conversion Magic Lofts have built in our terraced house. The work was completed professionally and on schedule with as little disturbance as possible to our family life. The finish is professional and communication was always excellent. Five star from start to finish! If you have to have builders in your life for weeks on end - these are the people to go with! The project was professionally managed throughout. Meaning we got the most out our attic space and have ended up with a really special area a good sized bedroom, living area and spacious shower room. With loads of light and… beautiful views. Really important as we are a multigenerational family and needed a comfortable living area for our oldest member. Magic Lofts are also the cleanest builders we have ever encountered.
