BKC Trophies

I can't speak too highly of the service and attention too detail BKC trophies goes to, to satisfy it's customers.
I phoned Mark last Thursday from my home in Hampshire and asked if he could engrave 3 trophies with 2 year's worth of names. I explained I would be in Rochdale visiting relations for a few days over last weekend.
I dropped the Trophies off last Friday and he text me on Monday to say all done.
His work is impeccable and I would have no hesitation in using his services again.
Highly recommended!
BTW if you need a new Trophy or medals for an event, he had an excellent selection and

I needed a plaque really quickly for a birthday present. BKC replied to my enquiry within 10 minutes and completed the order the next day and sent it first class recorded. Great service, thank you.

Ordered online - explained I had mixed my order up but would not help to resolve, long return process to be told he would not have back, why not just say that at the start! Thanks for a waste of time, you get what you pay for I guess. stay clear and deal with folks that are willing and are able to help.

Dropped a trophy off to get it engraved. Was told they print a sticker rather than engraving. Should have been quick, simple and cheap. I left the trophy with them for 2 weeks and they didn't even touch it. Wasn't even bothered that I wasn't best pleased. Unreliable and Poor customer service, won't be using again .
