I received a Gold star service from Tony. His customer service is second to none!!
He is honest and is an ultimate professional. He has brought my Motorhome back from the brink of death!! His welding ability is without fault. I can't recommend him high enough. If you are a lady like me who is sick of going to garages and is sick of being ripped off then go and see Tony. Reliable, Honest, professional and an around really nice guy who talks to you like a human being... You won't be disappointed. Thank you Tony

We had a service and work done on my husbands Jaguar XJ by Tony and Mitchell and we were very pleased with what they did and so we recently booked my Mondeo ST Estate in for a Silver Service and to check the brakes at the rear which another garage had failed to sort out a few months ago.
The work done by Tony was excellent, Serviced, he even changed the cabin/pollen filter others had told us it didn't have! He checked the vehicle over and also sent us a detailed video of what was going on with the rear Brakes offering us options and ultimately requiring two new calipers.. quite a costly exercise

Took my Jaguar to Direct Motor Service last week, it had pretty much had a persistent coolant leak for well over a year and I had mentioned it at a couple of other places when it went for a service and another small job. No one was able to find a leak but the car was using pretty much a header tank full every couple of weeks.
Mitchell took on the Job and when we dropped it off it was obvious that he was very knowledgable and seemed to have a plan to find and sort the issue. I left it with him expecting it to take some time and possibly end up expensive. I was called within a few hours and informed

The service I received from Direct Motor Services can only be described as first class, I found Tony(the director and lead mechanic) to be a highly competent and skilled worker. Tony went above and beyond in order to ensure I was back on the road quickly and my vehicle was of a roadworthy condition.
I'm terms of following customer service protocols, Tony kept me informed throughout as to the progress of my vehicle repairs and expected completion time.
