Epoxy Fire Protection: Epoxy intumescent coatings are intended for use in fire risk areas where evacuation and maintaining asset integrity is essential. Intumescent coatings provide a durable coating able to withstand corrosion when used in a system.
Metallisation - Zinc/Aluminium: Thermally sprayed coatings, zinc or aluminium, are applied through gas or electric arc equipment where the wire is melted and fluidised metal is propelled onto substrate. This method provides a tightly adhering protective coating which protects the metallic substrate through anodic protection.

Pipeline Protection were involved in the Shotblasting and Coating of Tubular Piles in Ningbo, China. There were 4 Piles each weighing around 180-200 tonnes each, the piles were then shipped to the HM Naval Base Clyde on the west coast of Scotland. The Jetty is 200m long and weighs 44,000 tonnes which will provide six.
Pipeline repairs were required for this project in Shoreham. To maintain a constant sea level for harbouring within the Port of Shoreham there are 4 large sea water inlet pipes which transfer water into the harbour. Pipeline Protection surveyed one water inlet pipe which recorded the condition with a full report issued to the client.
The hydro-electric pipeline carried water from an elevated reservoir through to the turbines located in Dolgarrog village. The pipeline was approximately 1.5km in length with a number of special fabricated fittings to follow the contour of the land.
