Our state of art cement testing laboratory and blending facility will ensure the accuracy of your test results and consistency of your products. We are fully certified to the latest ISO 9001:2015. SANCCUS can design, manufacture, quality control and supply an additive for you from your initial idea to your customer's yard.
Cements also have to contend with issues such as weak formations, lost circulation, corrosive formation fluids and gas migration to name but a few. How can simple Portland cement manage such extremes? The answer is the additives. We have designed a comprehensive range of powder and liquid additives which can be applied from the simplest to the most extreme well conditions.
During normal everyday production deposits of wax and heavy crude can build up on process piping and equipment internals. The deposits of wax can and often do cause blockages whilst both wax and heavy crude can help shield bacteria and areas of corrosion.

Removal of waxes and heavy crude deposits help reduce flow restrictions, reduce localised microbially induced corrosion and are essential to clean / treat the subsequent problems that the blockages or corrosion cause.Wax deposits are typically caused by poorly soluble wax which is present in the crude, becoming insoluble as temperature drops thus forming a solid wax.
After performing other intervention scopes - such as dewaxing, defouling etc it is necessary to pickle and passivate the internal surfaces of the pipe work / equipment that was affected. It is also good practice to carry out pickling and passivation on new build piping and equipment during the pre-commissioning stages prior to client handover.
In order to help prevent corrosion from continuous exposure to the elements, salty air or indeed prolonged periods of storage before use it is necessary to protect metal surfaces with a surface protective coating. The products for this application vary in their chemistry based on the actual application they will be used for but the mode of their protection remains the same.
