As well as being cleaning pros, they can help you with household tasks such as laundry and ironing. Book a regular visit and we'll send you the same trusted cleaner every week or fortnight.

If you take advantage of our free key-holding service, they can even clean while you're at work. You manage everything online - from booking to payment. If you're not totally satisfied, we promise to send an alternative cleaner to reclean for free! Our customer support team is available to help you Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 17:00. Amazing deep clean, really made the place sparkle. Have had a few other cleaners that didn't manage to get the limescale out of our shower but Odette has made it look brand new.

You've got full control of your cleaning schedule with your regular cleaner & you can send instructions to your cleaner's app. It's totally up to you. You can either be at home or you can organise for your Housekeeper to clean your home whilst you're out. If you're going to be out, you can give your Housekeeper spare keys, direct them to the concierge or send them to a key safe.
We look for perfectionists who treat your home like their own and in return we help your Housekeeper find flexible, well-paid work. Dragana is one of our most enthusiastic and experienced Housekeepers. She came to London from Poland seven years ago with friends. She has previously spent time working as a chef, so knows all about messy kitchens and how to make them sparkle!
Housekeep offers one-off deep cleaning for homes and offices. Deep cleaning includes a thorough clean of all surfaces, including oven cleaning and inside window cleaning. Damaged curtains after clean. The house smelled after due to substance left on the floor. Had to re mop a few times to try and get the smell out Paid for areas left untouched and rushed the. I do not recommend at all.

Wanted to sign up but they kept emailing me saying my birth was not registered within the year, which I was registered within 1 month of birth. And also no contact number to speak to them verbally having to email and then different customer service officers then emailing you different information, so I registered somewhere else.

Low quality - I should have done it myself!
I booked a two hour clean for my one bed flat and found the quality of service staggering low. Almost no cleaning was performed during this time. I won't use again. Very disappointing.

Despite a great website, kind customer service and promising reviews, the cleaning service I received on two separate occasions was so below acceptable standards that I had to reclean my home afterwards each time. The second cleaner who came left my home dirtier than it was when she arrived, with muck all over the floors and the whole flat smelling musty.
Customer service were kind and attempted to be helpful but refused to offer a goodwill refund, and will only issue credit for their services, along with the promise of a specially handpicked 5* cleaner. I stand by the belief that a cleaning service

Horrible and Totally unprofessional company. I book a standard clean on a saturday and they cancel it 3 hours before the actual clean with no notice at all (Ridiculous for someone who expects a customer to give 1 day notice no matter what emergency to cancel a service). Then I unfortunately make a decision of booking an End of Tenancy Cleaning with them. They tell me they will send the cleaning team between 8 to 9 AM and 1 day before the actual clean ask me if they can move the clean to 2 PM instead. I have been with Housekeep for some years and they used to be good. However, I am no longer able to book a cleaner for the day I want. The three cleans that have been booked on a day that is suitable for the agency have all been cancelled last minute as the various cleaners have been ill. I am told that booking a fortnightly clean would enable me to have a regular cleaner - so far this has not happened. Six weeks after re-engaging with Housekeep there has not been one clean. Very disappointing.

Carla who comes to my place is amazing! I struggle to find her availability but she does the job so well. I have to take care of a 3 month old baby and my old parents. She comes on time and leaves the home squeaky clean. The only problem is that I can tip Carla only till 11 pm on the day of the clean. I am usually busy with care responsibilities that I missed adding the tip to her service. Please provide a platform where I can add tip after 11 pm as well. I don’t feel good about not tipping her as she goes above and beyond to make my home beautiful.

Avoid this company like the plague, they are terrible! The cleaner came round last week and used toilet bleach on my bathroom tap, it has left a permanent burn mark all over the tap. I contacted the company immediately, sending across all the evidence and despite their site stating I would be called back within 15 minutes I didn’t hear from then until several hours later. The representative Jack said that since the cleaner has admitted fault he can send another cleaner round to try and fix the damage, however he then responded the following evening saying that they no longer will be sending anyone

Horrendous service. Twice the housekeepers have failed to show up and there has been zero support from Housekeep. This last Tuesday the housekeeper scheduled by Housekeep failed to show after calling and lying that she was 5 minutes away!!! The admins at Housekeep do not reply in a timely manner and then finally replied and promised that they would have someone reliable who wouldn't cancel show up on Friday. On Thursday night they canceled on me!!!! I have guests coming on Sunday and now can't get anyone to come in before they arrive. Horrible unreliable service and people. Do NOT use

I never write reviews but cancelling a cleaning within less than 24 hours over the holidays has left me in a terrible bind.
What crap customer service. Won't use again as no guarantee cleaner will turn up.

Housekeep has a terrible way of handling a cleaner's lateness. When I, as the customer, is late or miss a clean, I'm charged the late cancellation fee. However, when the cleaner is late or unavailable (so not my fault), I (as the customer) am also the one who is penalised by having to rearrange my life again to find another time for a reschedule. Further, your normal cleaner is often unavailable the day of / the day after, resulting in us having to deal with another new cleaner and going over the same cleaning preferences for our home. And Housekeep does not allow you to book same

Worst experience ever. This company is unable to deliver the service they advertise online. Their cleaners are no-show. Here is the drill: you book a visit several days before, they confirm via email, then two hours before the visit, you receive an email such as "The cleaner is unable to work", or "The cleaner is feeling unwell". No prior warning. No cover sent. No alternative provided. Wants to hear a fun fact? Even the replacement visit I booked after the initial cancellation WAS CANCELLED! It took me 5 weeks (resulting in 3 cancellations out of 5 bookings) to realize this

Signing up is great nice and easy. Had a couple of issues on the first clean (The cleaner overslept) But Sandra was excellent She cleaned the house efficiently and it was wonderful.

Sadly I quickly realised that we really didn't need a cleaner fortnightly, or probably even monthly. I went to cancel the ongoing visits after the 2nd visit. Expecting to book one-off services in the future every month/6weeks/as needed.

At which point I became aware of the ridiculous hoops they want you to jump through in order to cancel.

It's 2017, if I can sign up online I should be able to cancel the

Housekeep promised a lot, but my experience with their service didn't meet the marketing hype.

They had three attempts to provide me with a great service:

1. The first cleaner didn't turn up, and they didn't realise until I contacted the company; they never actually explained what happened, other than she had 'disappeared'.

2. The second cleaner turned-up on time, but did a very mediocre job - missing many obvious requirements such as cleaning fingerprints off mirrors and glass tables, and left the ceramic floors streaked and unsatisfactory.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! A housekeeper stole my ring, then left the company and country and the company will not reimburse me.

Cleaning services that don't insure and bond their staff are probably not screening them as well as they need to.
