A fully functioned phone system that is simple enough for each user to manage and sophisticated enough to work with most CRM systems. Use our number management system to allow you manage your calls so that you can include home workers with your current system. Book a consultation with one of our experts, they will have a business review and understand your requirements, then provide you with a solution.
The home worker module allows you incorporate as many devices as you like in your own private ring group, including landline numbers, any computer with a microphone, or your mobile. You can even bring a desk phone home with you. Call transfer, call recording, call statistics and crm integration all available from your home devices.
It begins with a simple divert or port to EasyRoute. We then manage the call and forward to all your staff on any device, anywhere. Among managing the call you can avail of many phone system features such as announcements, IVR and voicemail to email. In this example there are fewer staff in the shop, and more staff at home, dealing with orders and accounts etc.
It's simple, you record the message you'd like your callers to hear and upload it to the system. You can have 1 announcement or several at different stages of the call depending on what suits your business. For example, a call could ring during working hours on a few phones and then go to a voicemail or a different number outside of working hours.
Simply download one our softphones to work flawlessly with our hosted phone system solution. Our one click provisioning through QR codes couldn't make setup easier. Bring your own device not only reduces the spread of infection but allows your team the flexibility and freedom to take work calls no matter where they are.

Have a phone system from clarity. Its not working properly for lastv5 days. Evertime I phone i am passed off it will b fixed and still isn't fixed. It hascostmy business a lot of money especially in these bad times where every penny counts. Still waiting on an answer

BE WARNED - Read the small print on your contract. You need to check and double check everything!
I am being forced to pay a grand for service I will not be using because the formal notice on my contract was received a few days late.
I guess its my fault but a £1,000 is a lot of money to pay for nothing - would you be happy? If not, go elsewhere. If you are about to leave, make sure you comply exactly with the notice requirements as there is no compromise to be had if you get it wrong...

Moved to Clarity some months ago now after being apprehensive due to being with my current supplier for years. Have to say the team have made over delivered on my expectations while giving great added value in my call reporting.

I would never recommend this Company to anyone else. Problems occurred from day one, took ages to get hand sets, falsified contract terms and had to wait a month for PAC codes. No-one would take ownership of any problems.

I have just recently taken on 3 new contracts with Vodafone through Clarity Telecom in Belfast.
I purposely waited until I received my first bill before leaving this review......
All I can say is many thanks to Scott Wright in Clarity who made the changeover from O2 so simple and straight forward.
He took time to explain the new contracts I was undertaking, and was courteous and understanding when I was constantly emailing and questioning him before the final deal was done.
Everything he told me has materialised as true and exact on my first bill.

Rude staff. Matthew from Clarity cold called me about telecoms and was told I was not interested in changing my telecoms arrangements. He persisted in asking had I heard of the firm (yes) and asking further questions about my supplier. I referred him to the answer I had just given, about not being interested in discussing same, and he hung up without the courtesy of goodbye or thanks.
Would never use this company now, even if a day came when I was interested in moving.
