My family were interested in buying a house and the company did not contact us at all. We later found out the house had sold to somebody else despite the agent knowing we were incredibly interested and that we have had a dreadful time recently.

We have just sold our flat through Jeremy McGinn & Co - we can’t fault them for their service and help. Tim was incredibly helpful when coming out to do the valuation and was very open and honest when discussing selling price for the flat and any fees that were involved. Sadé did an amazing job taking the pictures and was very quick to publish online for us. She also did most of the viewings and always gave feedback afterwards. I would highly recommend this estate agents, they are reliable, friendly and will do anything to help.

Just sold my flat through this company, Tim the manger turned up on time for the valuation, he was knowledgeable and talked me through the sales process and the commission was very reasonable. Sade dealt with… the sales negotiation and I really felt she was on my side, I was very pleased with agreed sales price. Faye dealt with the sales progression and seemed to make light work of all the paper work and solicitors questions.
