Wrights ARC have been in business for over 40 years and have built a solid reputation in accident repair in Northern Ireland. We have seen many changes both in repair technology, materials and computerisation. Whether your insurer wants you to take your vehicle to another repairer or not, you are perfectly entitled to insist on a repairer of your choice.
Wrights ARC have a team of experienced estimators, who play an important role in providing accurate and detailed estimates and also advice on the availability of parts. This efficiency enables speedy approval of repair by the insurance company. We can undertake air conditioning refills, wheel alignment, alloy wheel repair and glass replacement as well as repair/damage due to an accident.
Usually your insurer will guide you through a settlement process; please ask our help desk if you would like clarification or a further explanation. We take environmental issues seriously and ensure that excess paint and materials are disposed of responsibly, complying with the latest legislation. Critical: Professionalism, Quality
My car went in to get repaired after someone reversed into the back of me. It went in needing a back fog light replaced, the bumper replaced and sprayed. The car came back with the light still smashed/cracked and part of the bumper still popped out.

Avoid - complete joke of a repair centre.
Got my car repaired by wright's last year. Don't even know where to begin.
Completely mismatched the colour. When I mentioned it they tried to fob me off by saying it was because of the difference in the plastic of the bumper and the metal wheel arch. They eventually blended it in but the colour still isn't correct, I took it to another body shop who noticed it right away before I even mentioned it
Check my photos.
They failed to align the headlights correctly.
You could put a finger in the gap between the headlights and the front bumper.

Terrible ongoing experience with this company. Promised on three occassions that my repair would be ready for pickup only to be lied to on each occassion. My kids have lost valuable income due to having to cancel shifts to be able to take me to get my car which i then find out i cant get because they cant deliver on what they promised. Was promised a call back from the manager which never happened and am currently waiting for a call about my promised pickup date today. Will report back with an update but to be honest not expecting any sort of professionsl service. Should have taken it to an alternate

First class service. Collected my car for repairs and dropped off a courtesy car, fixed my car within a few days, dropped it out and collected courtesy car again. One stop shop and hassle free, all sorted with a couple of calls, just what you want, car came back spotless too. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

Had an accident at the end of February, damaging the driver door and wing. I collected my car yesterday and was over the moon at how it looked. Such a professional job by a very well run auto repair shop. My car looked like it just came out of a showroom you couldn't even tell it was in accident. Can't rate the job done on my car highly enough and will recommend Wrights too anyone on the future.

My vehicle was in an accident. Van was hit at the back and caused damage to among other things, the bodywork behind the bumper. They replaced bumper and left the damage untouched. Didn't fix the mechanical problem with mirror and gearbox. They charged insurance company +£2800. The van has a book value of £2300. Brought van back on a recovery vehicle and dropped it outside my door covered in polish over spray from other vehicles. Clowns...

Got my car damaged and was taken to wright's I must say it was a very professional service. I got a lovely curtisy car which was near new!! Got my car back an it was fully valeted a great job done by them an what lovely friendly staff they had couldn have been better many thanks wright's for your service..

When you are involved in an accident, you are fully legally entitled to use ANY accident repair shop that you choose. I was pushed into using Wright's as the accident repair shop.
Avoid at all costs.
My car is my pride and joy and as such is always kept in immaculate condition. The car was grazed very gently by another car - enough to put some very small scratches on the rear quarter panel, no dents or any further damage - most people probably wouldn't even have bothered to get it fixed.
Prior to insurance being involved, I took it to two separate garages with 5* reviews. Both quoted 2 days
