Homeopathy Report

Homeopathy has been practised worldwide for over 250 years. It is a system of medicine which is based on treating each individual with highly diluted substances with the aim of triggering the body's natural system of healing. Symptoms are seen as the body's way of expressing dis-ease or lack of balance and each person will do this in their own unique way.

Reflexology Report

Reflexology is an ancient form of healing - it can be traced back to early Chinese and Egyptian cultures. The intention behind the therapy is to stimulate the body's own natural ability to heal and rebalance itself. The feet contain reflex areas which correspond to all the organs and systems in the body.

Consultation Report

During the consultation, I will ask you about yourself, your lifestyle, medical history and symptom picture. Because a full history is vital to my understanding of your situation, the initial consultation is a double session. It is my aim to work in partnership with you to enhance your health. Our consultation times will give us the opportunity to explore and identify the key issues which may be blocking your path to health.
